During my time with KavaClub, I was able to have my hand in all sorts of buckets.
I worked with social media, content creation, H2H/B2B/B2C marketing, developing new marketing strategies, curating brand design, event planning, interactive tabling events, merch designs and more.
KavaClub is the first and only kava bar in Virginia. There has been a legal struggle with the Virginia Department of Health being directly opposed to the opening of the business.
Kava tea is an herbal beverage made from the root of the kava plant (Piper methysticum), which is native to the South Pacific. The plant has been used for centuries by Pacific Island cultures in traditional ceremonies, social gatherings, and as a way to promote relaxation and reduce anxiety. Kava root contains compounds called kavalactones, which are believed to have calming and sedative effects on the nervous system.
Unfortunately due to NDA law I am unable to share direct statistics and numbers about the success of the work at KavaClub but I can disclose what platforms I was utilizing.
