  • American Airlines rebrand

    When tasked with a rebrand, I wanted to hone my energy onto a brand that is misrepresented in a poor light that could have real potential. I had recently been in an airport and heard people complaining about their flights. American Airlines was in the perfect position for a rebrand and needed an uplifting. The strategy behind this rebranding and the logic founded is one of my best.

    I am in a way a Volvo fanatic. I analyzed and directed the product launch and marketing of the new electric Volvo EX30 compact SUV. This campaign was destined to be as equally innovative and expressive as the car itself. In this analysis I express what works and doesn’t work about this campaign while identifying the main flaws.

    During my time with Beats by Dre I gathered Gen-Z consumer insights in regards to sound devices, audio technology and Bluetooth speakers. These insights were then presented and utilized by the Beats by Dre head marketers in the product launch of the new Beats Pill.

    For Hickman’s, the goal was to create a strong integrated campaign that expanded the awareness of the local brand to the community using fear tactics and the underlying squeamish tones bugs generate.

    During our extensive project to build a full integrated campaign for a local theatre, I was taking charge of the strategy. The consistency of our work as well as feedback from the client was helpful in building this successful campaign. We designed and built a multi-media campaign design with a variety of audiences and touchpoints. Our strategy remained prevelant across the work and direct with our messaging.
