Creative work and the glamour is all wonderful. However, without any sort of backing of data there is no point in doing any. A large part of my passion for advertising and marketing comes from the numbers and the results. Here are a collection of the projects and experiences I’ve done that highlight my best data gathering and analytical skills.

As a project with a keen focus on branding strategy, the data we analyzed was a key component. We gathered user insights and used these insights to draft our key insight as moving branding positioning. The main insight was that Tinder users aren’t looking for their wedding confidant but instead something… ‘short term’.

During my time with Beats by Dre, I gathered and analyzed Gen-Z consumer data in the realm of speakers and audio. This data drove my insights which then was transformed into consumer research utilized for the launch of the new Beats Pill.

During our campaign for the Richmond Triangle Players, we conducted surveys and interviews to craft our strategic insights. This data was then compiled and used in our presentation.

As the assistant brand director at Kavaclub, I was tasked with working directly with the search engine optimization (SEO) software and tools. These tools allowed me to manufacture key inputs to ensure Kavaclub was popping up when people were looking for a good night in the Richmond area. I was unable to share the key metrics of Kavaclub but the work is still relevant to my experience.
